HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to become available.
If you have not received your order within 18 days of the shipping confirmation email, contact us at support@tryorela.com with your name and order number.
