"Where is my parcel?"

There are several ways to track your package and find out where it is.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the delivery information.
You can also find this information by logging into your customer account on our website: https://pokecard.co/ and clicking on your order. You will have direct access to your tracking number.

“Do you offer worldwide shipping?”

Yes, we offer our products for deliveryanywherein the world. However, we are dependent on the guidelines of our carriers.

"What is the delivery time?"

The delivery time depends on several factors.

Once your order is placed, it usually ships within 48-72 hours, M-F. If you ordered after 1pm EST on a Friday, your order will be shipped the following week. Please allow additional processing time for weekends, holidays, sales, and pre-order items. Each customer will be provided with a tracking number via email, allowing you to follow your package.

TRACKING

All orders are 100% tracked. You’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel once your order leaves our warehouse. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking link to start showing shipping information.

“What should I do if my package gets lost?”

You can email me to request photo proof of your package’s contents and location of where the package was shipped from. However, I am not responsible for lost, delayed or stolen packages as these issues are caused by the shipping company.

“Can I cancel my order?”

You may cancel your order within 48 hours after placing an order for items that are currently in stock - as long as your order has not already been shipped. Please understand that there is a 5% processing fee penalty for every cancelled order. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled (this includes back-ordered items).

“What payment methods do you accept?”

Paypal, Visa, Credit Card, Shop Pay, American Express, Apple Pay, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard
